What will your new Business Central role look like?

Based on your skills, experience, and career aspirations, our Talent Acquisition team will help you choose the best Reskill pathway for you! Please note, all our pathways are subject to client requirements and availability.

Functional Consultants are crucial within the Microsoft ecosystem. With a blend of technical knowledge, people skills, and consulting know-how, they manage impactful projects that help businesses get the most out of Microsoft. We offer two pathways within this specialism: Supply Chain and Manufacturing; Finance and Accounting.

Entry requirements*

  • Supply Chain and Manufacturing pathway: 1+ years of experience in warehouse and/or inventory management, transportation/logistics, or operations (with procurement knowledge)
  • Finance and Accounting pathway: 1+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting processes

*Additional criteria may be required for entry into the program.

Business Central Developers blend technical and people-driven knowledge to deliver elegant solutions using Business Central. This may include configuring financial sales and purchasing within the platform, configuring role centers by adapting insights, cues, action tiles, reports, and charts, as well as extending the Business Central implementation through Microsoft Power Platform components.

  • Developer pathway: 1+ years of experience in developing with backend coding languages

How does the program work?

1. Start working immediately

Our Microsoft partners are hungry for new talent like you! Once you’ve signed a contract with one of them, you’ll join their company in a full-time role from day one, kick-starting your Business Central Reskill career.

2. Complete self-paced product training

While you work, you’ll go through a Business Central learning journey to become an expert in the product. Your training will be self-paced and conducted online, with additional expert sessions and support to balance it with your new role. The training is designed to help you pass your Microsoft certification exams, with many opportunities to advance across different areas.

3. Gain crucial consultancy skills

To set you up for long-term success in your new role, we’ll provide you with interactive professional skills training, focused on key aspects around managing Business Central customers. This includes effective presentations, stakeholder management, planning and organization skills, documentation requirements, and more.

4. Get 6 months of expert coaching

To help you settle into your new role, you’ll be assigned a coach. They’ll conduct regular check-ins and mentoring sessions with you, helping you to thrive and further refine your new skills!

5. Join the #BCTalent community and be part of something bigger!

You’ll join our exclusive, global #BCTalent community. During weekly sessions, you’ll be able to meet other Reskill participants and hear from key speakers from the wider Business Central community on exciting topics like AI and the future of Business Central.

1. Start working immediately

We’ll pair you up with a Microsoft Partner, so you can start your full-time employment from day one while you train as a Business Central specialist

2. Complete self-paced technical training

While you work, get access to the Companial platform and complete an 8-week self-paced technical training course, with 12 months of further access to help you pass your MB-800 or MB-820 certification exam

3. Gain crucial consultancy skills

We’ll provide you with 2 weeks of crucial consultancy skills training, such as effective communication, stakeholder management, and more, to enable you to have long-term success in your new role

4. Get 6 months of expert coaching

We’ll conduct regular check-ins with you to help you settle into your new role, helping you to further improve and refine your new skills 

5. Join the #BCTalent Community

You’ll join the amazing #BCTalent Community, where you’ll be able to meet other participants, take part in community sessions and hear from experts
